Bartender/Server

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Knowledge of catering practices for events or private parties
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- Basic understanding of retail math for handling cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in food handling techniques to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.20 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
