Senior Vice President/Head Of Finance- Industrial Sector

Eaton's Industrial Sector is currently seeking an exceptionally talented, strategic-minded, finance executive to fullfill the leadership role of Senior Vice President/Head of Finance.
What you'll do:
As the Senior Vice President/Head of Finance- Industrial Sector, you will hold lead a team of dedicated professionals and all related processes, such as financial planning, budgeting, reporting and ensuring the organization's financial health. You will be accountable for cultivating a successful and trust-built reputation with our key stakeholders and internal clients. In this role you will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our Industrial Sector with a dotted line to Eaton's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), both of whom report to the CEO of Eaton. You will develop your team to achieve successful business outcomes while working together with relevant functions. Determine your organizational priorities (in partnership with leadership) and build/lead a methodical change management plan that will influence, across all levels. In a collaborative environment you will drive methodical and purposeful improvements across the finance organization and combine your varied knowledge of and experience working with the following functions to achieve your goals: Corporate Functions, Business Operations, Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Business, Technical & Functional Leadership.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years in ascending finance focused leadership roles where your decisions impacted the operating elements of a company/sector or business group.
• Previously partnered with CxO level leadership to lead a $3B revenue organization.
• Proven developer of people, passion for leading, mentoring and developing others.
• Experience driving the capture and strategic use of Data Analytics to improve business outcomes.
• Experience providing financial services (Accounting, Investment Banking, Banking etc.) to internal or external clients.
• Has measured and been accountable for the impact of your strategies on the overall performance of the group/company.
• Knowledge of the following functional capability areas: accessing capital, creating/ managing the budget/P&L process, financial analysis of operating companies, acquisition planning and execution and near- and long-term financial activities.
• Effectively led through the organizational issues and challenges created when adapting to new environments via acquisition or other means.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute. Master's degree or Master of Business Administration strongly preferred.

• Define and deliver business improvement initiatives and actions (including restructuring).

• Lead the decision-making process through the execution of Data Analytics.
• Partner with business leadership to develop forecasts in support of future operations.
• Analyze the impact of acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures on current/future financial conditions. Assess for strategic fit.
• Propose and lead initiatives that advance business and functional Transformation.
• Streamline and standardize process and automation.
• Interact with external auditors to ensure compliance across the Sector
• Ensure smooth change management and adoption of new processes and techniques.
• Lead cross-functional programs, project prioritization and governance initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risk across the portfolio; drive opportunities for growth and value creation

The expected annual salary range for this role is $315000.0 - $462000.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program and comprehensive executive benefits.
