We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Talent Consultant to join our growing Talent and Organizational Development team. In this role, you'll be tasked with capitalizing on your extensive expertise in learning and development strategy and design to consult with senior leadership to understand and design comprehensive, high-impact talent solutions to complex business challenges related to manager and employee effectiveness and/or the overall manager and employee experience at a global scale. Your time-tested consulting skills will be crucial in interpreting internal customer needs, leveraging internal and external data sets for validation, and swiftly building and iterating on effective solutions. This position requires excellent stakeholder management skills to secure buy-in and drive lasting strategic impact. It also requires extensive cross-collaboration and matrix leadership skills, including mentoring, serving as a role model and mentor to more junior colleagues.
Job Responsibilities:
Consult with the business at a high level to decipher intricate talent needs and subsequently conceptualize and implement comprehensive talent solutions. This includes but is not limited to identifying root-case, key stakeholder analysis, co-creating iterative solutions in partnership with the business using agile principles, and implementation at scale.
Regularly assess strategic business operations and objectives, combining in-depth sector insights with an exhaustive understanding of key business metrics.
Employ a data-driven approach, utilizing extensive internal and external data sets to authenticate business needs and inform solution design.
Rapidly adapt to evolving business circumstances, demonstrating a nimble approach to solution design, implementation and iteration.
Steer key stakeholders effectively, nurturing influential relationships, and advocating stakeholder needs and expectations convincingly.
Drive communication between various business units to ensure alignment, instill support, and foster enthusiasm for talent initiatives.
Continuously scrutinize the impact of implemented talent solutions, piloting required adjustments to optimize business benefits.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent high-level work experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Talent Consultant role or similar in a global environment (8+ years).
Extensive knowledge and expertise in leveraging various data sets to underpin strategic business decisions.
Comprehensive understanding of foundational business metrics and their practical applications.
Extensive experience with iterative processes and high-level solution design leveraging agile principles.
Outstanding consulting skills with a robust track record in diagnosing sophisticated issues and managing complex projects.
