Texas Rodeo Saloon is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the staff at Texas Rodeo Saloon in Katy, TX.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for taking a hands-on management approach with all staff to drive the vision, brand, and direction of our Company
Job Description:
- Recruit, select, train, motivate and coach your staff
- Learn and uphold our service and hospitality standards, and hold the staff accountable
- Motivate, coach, train, and support staff on hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and program implementation
- Ensure excellent product quality, consistency, temperature, value and timeliness
- Ensure an excellent guest experience every time
- Maintain labor, COGs’ and other controllable expenses within a budget range
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your department
- Limited admin duties
Requirements:
- Must have minimum of 2 years full-service management experience in a high volume, fast- paced restaurant
- A strong passion for team development and guest service
- Ability to communicate and motivate others
