The role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the year, building proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, building hiring process, guiding through Prime policy and/or contractual commitments and obligations, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating/teaching Prime’s efficient and consistent hiring process. The position maintains strong relationships with open and ongoing lines of communication with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a thorough understanding of departmental staffing needs, recruitment trends and best practices, ultimately serving as one of Prime’s key ambassadors of Talent Acquisition.
Additionally, The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with the Vice President of Organizational Development and the Talent Team functional leads to convert departmental business goals and needs into actionable recruiting strategies via proactive recruiting plans focused on addressing critical talent gaps and helping the organization assess and select talent for both todays and tomorrow’s business needs.

Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Consults with business leaders on critical talent gaps, driving an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business
- Drives a strong talent assessment process holding all hiring managers accountable
- Drives superior service and connectivity with all candidates through all stages of hiring
- Leads full cycle recruiting on time, on budget, attracting and hiring highest quality candidates
- Enhances the overall talent landscape one hire at a time, through values-based hiring
- Partners with the marketing team to help build a compelling and memorable Prime employment brand
- Ensures visibility of Prime executive team, leaders, and key stake holders in the company to further sell the Prime brand and increase the A-player talent pipelines of critical roles in the company
- Helps to create any/all company values, behaviors, philosophy documents to help build the Prime brand and educate candidates and new hires on the value proposition at Prime
- Proactively shares market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions
- Presents ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to Talent Team, Hiring Managers Team and business leaders
- Networks, sources, and builds talent pipeline with industry leaders - assessing and ultimately attracting the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Prime
- Creates a diversity sourcing strategy across teams; this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations
- Screens, evaluates, and qualifies candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies
- Partner with other contributors, as appropriate, to ensure that Prime can attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes Compensation, Relocation, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Immigration, and Talent Management
- Provides substantive and competency-based feedback to all unsuccessful candidates, keeping candidate relations professional and positively memorable
- Ensure an exceptional, best in class hiring team and candidate experience
- Maintain understanding of innovative recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices
- Ongoing maintenance of recruiting activity tracking reports and other hiring reporting
- Ensure that hiring OKR’s (objectives and key results) are being met consistently
- Maintains a Weekly Staffing Report and specific data needed to populate dashboard
- Monthly and quarterly reconciliation of all staffing and activity reports, analysis, and action steps
- Ensures all candidate data is always cleansed, stored in ATS and easily retrievable, continuously building a top notch and substantial candidate application data storage file across all positions
- Partners with the Vice President of Organizational Development and SVP of Talent to build out the Annual Hiring Strategy Plan
- Works across the Talent Team to build out the annual headcount plan, managing the check-balance process of requisition approval and launch (reconciling hiring manager budget, approval)
- Helps to build out any recruiting playbooks, decks, company wide training on Prime Recruitment Methodology
- Drives hiring competitive advantage programs or offerings, researching all competitor hiring practices, hiring perks, sign-on bonuses, and other competitive offer elements that will provide competitive advance
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or other related and equivalent Human Resources experience
- Seven (7) years of experience in a recruiting-focused role exposed to assessment, building, implementing, and managing employee cultural experiences
- Three (3) years of experience developing and managing executive level searches
- Three (3) years of experience directly managing a recruiting team
- Experience with utilizing design thinking to Talent Acquisitions programs focused on improving the employee experience
- Advanced competency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- A proven track record working with and presenting to leadership teams including working directly with C-level executives and boards of directors
- Proven experience managing and leading systems, programs, and processes with a strong focus on operational excellence
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building strong and influential relationships at all levels within an organization; problem solving and proactive service orientation
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to package information in clear, concise executive level ready format.
- Proven ability to own and manage culture budgets and the programs, vendors and systems related to driving excellence at affordable pricing
- Ability to lead people through change and meet deliverables in a complex environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment.
