Senior System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the organization’s technical infrastructure including hardware, software, and networks.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate and deploy new technology solutions that improve the organization’s efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas that require improvement.
• Working with service provider (Verizon, Allied ,Cogent) for troubleshooting internet issues.
• Manage and configure SaaS firewall, VLAN’s, and subnetting
• Knowledge of Active Directory and O365/Azure
• Administer VMware cluster
• Administer Storage with knowledge of iSCSI connections
• Understanding VPN and all networking layers
• Knowledge of MFA/SSO and configuring Radius servers
• Understanding monitoring and logging health data from different assets, such as host, servers, databases, virtual machine, switches, firewall
• Understanding backup technologies and disaster recovery
• Experience with AWS
• DevOps tools and practices

Operating system: Windows 2016, Windows 2019, Windows 2022, Redhat Linux, VMware

Infrastructure: Dell PE servers, Dell ME SAN storages

Networking: Dell switches, Cisco Switches

Tools: Datadog,Azure DevOps, O365

Okta, AWS, Azure, Crowdstrike
