Roles and Responsibilities of Technical Lead
- ITILv4 (ITSM Processes)
- Analyze current state and offer scenario-based technique for target stage processes
- Recommend ITILv4 process, suggest continuous improvement and best practices
- Responsible for making sure we take the recommendations of ITIL and align our business processes
- Govern the processes and procedures that are being used.
- Responsible for the CMDB, and Change Management along with incident and service catalog processes from an SLA perspective.
