Salary- Entering orders that customers send via email, web site or call in
- Contact customers to let them know the status of their orders
- Checking terms, freight qualifications, etc
- Answering incoming calls
- Some basic customer service such as getting all info needed from the customer to expedite the proper correction steps
- Other office duties as needed, ie: filing, copying, mailing, etc

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
