We are searching for a passionate and experienced Senior Solution Designer/Product Manager to join our high-growth team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our industry-leading hospitality revenue reconciliation service. This role combines design thinking with technical expertise to translate our vision into cutting-edge, AI-powered SaaS applications.
You will lead the charge in defining, designing, and launching features that revolutionize how hotels manage revenue, while ensuring the highest levels of security and data privacy for our clients.
Essential Job Duties (Key Responsibilities)
● Lead the requirement gathering, design, and execution of our Hospitality Revenue Reconciliation service.
● Define, functionally design detail, and launch features that revolutionize how hotels manage revenue.
● Collaborate with engineers to translate product vision into clear requirements and functional designs for AI-powered features.
● Analyze data and translate it into actionable insights to drive prioritized roadmaps for maximum impact.
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule using Agile methodology.
Qualifications
Product Visionary (7+ years):
● Proven track record in translating vision into successful SaaS products, particularly in areas like process automation, workflow optimization, financial reconciliation, or revenue leak detection.
● Expertise in utilizing AI/ML applications and algorithms including: fuzzy matching, supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP.
● Expertise in data extraction, cleaning and standardization.
Tech-Savvy Builder:
● Experience crafting clear requirements and functional designs for technical features.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and dive into technical details.
Data-Driven Strategist:
● Experience translating data into actionable insights.
● Practical experience with AI/ML applications in a similar field (a plus).
Security Advocate:
● Experience with SaaS application security, data privacy, and PCI compliance (highly desirable).
● Commitment to building secure and compliant solutions.
Agile Guru:
● Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
● Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and lead teams effectively.
Results-Oriented Rock Star:
● Ability to thrive under pressure, excel at multitasking, and deliver impactful results.
Bonus Qualifications
Own the User Experience:
● UI/UX design skills or user research experience (a plus).
