SENIOR SCIENTIST - MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our Medicinal Chemistry team as a Senior Scientist focused on advancing our peptide synthesis capabilities. The preferred candidate should possess a strong background in peptide/organic chemistry or related fields, showcasing expertise in optimizing synthesis and post-synthesis processes (e.g., cyclization). The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to diverse research skills and cutting-edge technologies in RNA therapeutics development.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Ph.D. in Organic/Peptide-Chemistry
• Hands on experience in peptide synthesis methods, cyclization strategies and bioconjugation.
• Extensive experience in purification techniques (e.g., reverse-phase, ion exchange, and size-exclusion chromatography)
• Experience with automated lab equipment (e.g., NMR, LC-MS etc.)
• A track record of scientific productivity as evidenced by high quality publications and/or patents.
• Knowledge of nucleoside/oligonucleotide synthesis is a plus.
• An ability to be productive and successful in an intense work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to succeed in a team environment.
