As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth for the organization within the enterprise segments.
We are currently seeking to fill three distinct positions, focused on two specific areas: Profit Quest and Talentek.
TALENTEK
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to engage and win enterprise-level clients within the logistics industry.
- Identify potential customers in sectors such as e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, brokers, or third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and customize sales approaches to address their specific needs and pain points.
- Implement key sales strategies to meet/exceed assigned commercial objectives through new customer acquisition. Focused on Co-managed and Co-employment Talent.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within logistics organizations.
- Work closely with prospects to understand their unique logistics challenges, complexities, and specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and customer support, to develop customized solutions that meet customers' logistics needs effectively.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships or collaborations within the logistics ecosystem, such as technology providers, carriers, or warehousing companies, to enhance the company's service offerings and address customer requirements comprehensively.
- Analyze sales metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
PROFITQUEST
- Conduct research and identify potential clients who can benefit from the company's learning platforms and coaching services. Proactively reach out to leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the offerings.
- Understand the unique learning and coaching needs of each client and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct thorough needs assessments, deliver compelling presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the learning platforms and coaching services.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's ProfitQuest platform and coaching services, staying updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends. Effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiation of the offerings compared to competitors. Provide product feedback and suggestions based on client needs and market insights.
- Stay informed about the e-Learning industry, including emerging trends, competitive products, and customer demands. Conduct market research and gather insights to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience: 5 + years of experience selling learning and coaching products/services. Desirable knowledge in the logistics industry, including freight forwarding, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, 3PL and distribution, and having knowledge or experience in BPO industries is also a plus.
- Language: English, C1, C2, Native.
