Business Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator- Retail Sales Channel.
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Coordinator will provide project coordination and support to the Retail Sales Team. There will be direct responsibility for inside and outside Customer satisfaction through timely and complete response to their needs. This position is key in the Team as it involves working in partnership with the other Sales Operations Team members as well as with all other internal departments. Lastly and most importantly, this person is the go-to person for sales coordination for all projects involving all customers in the Retail Sales Segment for US.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management –
- Coordinate Customer/product related projects for all channels for the sales Operations department and work effectively, if necessary, with other internal departments such as category management, channel marketing, customer service, demand planning/forecasting, production, logistics, operations, finances, IT.
- Support and coordinate new product launches to ensure all Customer requirements are covered for the organization.
- Will have an integral part in managing MAP for all retail customers. Monitoring any issues that may arise.
- Coaching and training of internal Team members:
- Provide training and coaching to two resources in the Team (Sales Ops Coordinators).
- Pricing (Retail channel):
- In charge of price increase materialization and quote approvals.
- Responsible for pricing playbook, including pricing load for Retail Sales Channel.
- Provide pricing recommendations to the Category/Product Managers.
- Legal contracts/commercial agreements (Retail channel):
- Manage Customer commercial agreements with Sales Ops Coordinator Team member support: renewal, monitoring to support compliance, ensure discount or others are applied accurately.
- Sales operations (Retail Channel):
- Channel activity follow up on sales demand day to day.
- Monthly Reporting for all channels: President Narrative, top Customer sales reports.
- Prepare weekly Retail Monthly Projections along with VP of Sales.
- Coordinate annual price increase actions including communication to Customers.
- Responsible for in-store product SKU creation at key Customers
- Coordinate the National Account Meetings including preparing presentations, initial sales analysis for Sales Directors and National Account Managers.
- Administers Customer and supplier invoices including preparation.
- Assist in all departmental functions as required and perform other duties as required.
- Provide sales reports by Customer by product, gross margin, and pricing analysis.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness: analysis and reporting.
- Assist in coordination of Product Line Reviews and presentation.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (completed). College degree in Business or related field desired.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience involving Retail Sales and/or extensive Customer contact.

- Bilingual skills in French desired (Proficiency in English required)
