- Litigation Counsel – Trial Attorney
- Responsible for case load - mainly in Federal Court
- Insurance defense clients representing:
- School Districts and School Board Members
- Municipalities and Council Members
- Governmental Authorities and Board Members
- Commercial and Construction Litigation representing corporate clients in wide range of matters
- State and Federal Courts
- Mediation and Arbitration
Requirements - Experience:
- 5 years
- Federal Court experience
- Insurance defense experience
- EEOC, Section 1983, Civil Rights
- Governmental Entities and Boards
- School Code
- General Liability cases
- Ability to litigate complex cases, conduct depositions, manage discovery and trial preparation, and conduct trial work (jury and non-jury)
- Commercial litigation experience
- Breach of Contract
- Commercial Lease Disputes
- Non-Compete Enforcement
- General Liability cases
- Construction and Mechanics Liens
