This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Neenah, WI. Ideal candidates will have strong nursing assessment skills along with excellent verbal & written communication skills, organizational & critical thinking skills. Monday - Friday Position with on-call requirements (Clinical Related Only) , NO WEEKENDS or holidays.
Summary of Duties:
§ Clinical resource for residents, staff & families
§ Assessment skills to evaluate resident’s needs or changes in condition
§ Participate & collaborate in quality and clinical improvement projects
§ Participate in ISP meetings w/ residents & families
§ Process & monitor pharmaceutical program for residents
§ Collaborates with the Training Coordinator on staff education topics.

Experience:
- nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated proficiency in nursing skills, including wound care, medication administration, and electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Experience working in Long-Term Care or a similar setting is a plus
