Federal Retirement Consultant

We are seeking a fluent Spanish speaking, motivated and professional Senior Sales Consultant with experience in annuities to support our growing client-base in this highly collaborative role. Our goal is to ensure that federal employees have been given the knowledge they need to plan for a retirement that is well balanced and provides them the income they need for the rest of their lives.

Responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Providing educational and consultative services to your clients, presenting the latest information about the financial services and retirement options available to them.
• Becoming a knowledgeable, reliable, certified source for federal retirement-planning information.
• Providing a Federal Retirement Benefit Analysis to your clients.
• Maintaining a high level of service and professionalism at all times.
• Utilizing the tools and resources provided in assisting your clients.

Your qualities and expertise:

• Current Life Insurance license- mandatory!
• 5+ years Industry-specific experience with life insurance/annuity products
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and well-reasoned judgment.
• Ability to present and articulate information.
• Maintain strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity.
• Demonstrate relevant industry experience or knowledge in Federal Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
