Prime Capital Investment Advisors (“PCIA”)
PCIA is a Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) with $25 billion in assets under management (AUM). Description The Retirement Plan Fee & Investment Consultant provides professional support to Consultants and/or Senior Associates in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The Retirement Plan Fee & Investment Consulting position provides the opportunity to work with advisors to optimize their book of business. This individual must excel with written and oral communication, as explanation of fees and rules will be paramount to success. Attention to detail in regards to accuracy of the presentations shared with consultants is of vital importance. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in the retirement plan/benefits industry, an understanding of fees paid to different entities in the industry, and a knowledge of ERISA law.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Retirement Plan Associate’s daily workload
- Schedule calls/meetings with advisors to discuss the following topics as appropriate in a plan’s lifecycle: Retirement plan prospecting, recordkeeper pricing, investment analysis, benchmarking, and plan solutions
- Quarterback special projects as directed by National Retirement Practice Leader
- Assist Retirement Plan Associate in preparing Quarterly Investment Reviews as needed
- Manage fund change projects for all plans and vendors
- Manage enrollment process for all plans with Retirement Plan Associate
- Oversee recordkeeper/TPA provider relations
- Oversee DCIO relations
- Identify industry trends and work to maintain QPA’s competitiveness in the market landscape
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational training or business experience required
- At least 3 years benefits/financial experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
