Job Description
- Lead global, foundational research (qualitative and quantitative) to drive product innovation and strategy for our games initiative.
- Explore gaming around the world, uncovering opportunities for our company to innovate and
- differentiate within gaming.
- Partner closely with pertinent cross-functional teams (Design, Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) to bring product innovations to life (from insight → concept → research → productization).
- Drive results into impact, synthesizing and communicating insights throughout the organization with clear, compelling deliverables.
- Bring vision to a developing space, identifying the root question(s) to solve for, and how to unearth insights that will inform key business decisions.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience conducting primary research (agency or client-side), focusing on product UX research, usability, product innovation, etc.
- Experience in games or mobile-app/product focused consumer research, and excitement for our games initiative.
- University Degree in social sciences preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient with creating research plans, conducting consumer research, analyzing data, creating presentations and sharing results.
- Experience socializing insights at all levels of an organization, including leadership.
