Primary Responsibilities.
- Perform mouse experiments to test the antitumor efficacy, safety and PK of CAR-T and CAR-NK cell therapies.
- Perform molecular and cell biology experiments such as molecular cloning and retroviral/lentiviral production/titration and transduction.
- Perform isolation and aseptic culture of primary human immune cells and cancer cell lines
- Perform Flow Cytometry, ELISA and in vitro immune and cancer cell-based assays to characterize CAR-T and CAR-NK cells
- Analyze and interpret experimental results. Maintain records of laboratory activities and notebooks in a professional, accurate manner. Prepare study reports and present findings at internal meetings.
- Assist lab management, including but not limited to ordering, shipping and inventory.
Qualification / Education / Experiences / Skills
- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in molecular biology, cell biology, cancer biology, immunology, biochemistry, or a related discipline, with >2 year bench work experience in academic or industrial environment
- Required: Proficient in mouse handling and injection (s.c., i.p. tail vein)
- >1-year hands-on experience in molecular cloning is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability and enthusiasm to learn and utilize new knowledge and techniques.
