Thomasson Realty LLC is a small, locally owned, veteran-owned Real Estate brokerage startup that is 100% remote. We buy/sell residential Real Estate, to include single family and multi family homes.

This means fair and transparent commission splits, no hidden fees, mentoring, intuitive technology, and a tiered benefits structure. Additionally, agents have 100% control over the commissions they charge. You also keep the leads the company provides you, even if you leave.
Responsibilities:
Your title will be Managing Broker with the goal of helping us grow our startup brokerage. Your primary duty will be to recruit, train, and manage other agents as well as mentor junior/new agents.
Because this is a time consuming process, we offer a commission-sharing model whereby you’ll receive a percentage of each transaction your agents close. We also offer an end-of-year bonus consisting of a percentage of the brokerage’s overall profit.
Your secondary duty is optional: buy-sell residential Real Estate, to include multifamily units, as much as desired. This includes using MLS systems, transaction software, client interactions, marketing, etc. You will also be responsible for showings and meetings with potential clients.
You are considered a 1099 employee—an independent contractor—and will sign an employment contract. There are no minimum hours. Your schedule will revolve around your agents and clients, and you can generally tailor it to your lifestyle. You will be required to pay for your own association dues and MLS memberships; continuing education training; supply your own hardware, vehicle and workspace; manage your schedule; pay your own taxes, and so on.
There is a one-year probationary period before you are fully vested and eligible for other benefits (see below.)
Experience:
- 3+ years as an active salesperson or broker in the Tucson Real Estate market. Current status can be as a salesperson or broker, active or inactive, as long as you are eligible for reinstatement to active
- If you are a salesperson, you must commit to obtaining your broker’s license within six months of hiring
- Management and leadership experience in any industry
- Located in Tucson or surrounding area

Pay:
- Commissions from your closed transactions: 90/10 split
- Commission sharing (paid COE) starting year one
- Profit sharing bonus (paid EOY) starting year two
