SalaryWe are searching for a Remote Transaction Coordinator to assist our commercial Real Estate team. You will need to live and have your license in Arizona. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with leasing, Real Estate purchases, Real Estate sales, and business sales. You will be communicating with tenants, building owners, business owners, commercial Real Estate brokers, and all related vendors. You will build and execute multiple marketing campaigns from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and love working with people. Compensation:$50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage the flow of commercial Real Estate deals from prospect to close
- Sending documents for signature
- Coordinate with vendors and related parties for needed items on deals
- Ensure all documents are recorded and saved for proper broker compliance in CRM
- Build and execute multiple marketing campaigns from beginning to end
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, Real Estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Must have marketing experience
- Must live in Arizona

Each of our facilities provides state-of-the-art equipment (CT Scanner, Endoscopy, Ultrasound…) and the ability to refer cases within the Desert Ark system. Our business model is general practice with urgent care same-day services offered Monday - Saturday.
