As a Senior Transaction Manager in Retail Real Estate, you will be responsible for devising market strategies and overseeing all facets of Real Estate development, including the enhancement of Real Estate for our branch and Automated Teller Machine network. You will be required to comprehend and convey the effects of various initiatives, simplifying intricate strategies for partners and management. Your role will also encompass translating analysis and recommendations through diverse communication methods. Finally, you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, operations, Real Estate developers, and brokers.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market strategy. Including performing market analysis, site evaluation and site selection. Utilize proprietary and web-based tools for analysis and reporting.
- Perform research and analysis of demographics and financial data.
- Build consensus for site selection through business cases, site tours and project approval
- Compile documentation and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with Reporting and Analytics, Construction, Finance and Legal to drive project and strategic initiatives
- Negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, ground and building leases, including renewals, extensions, terminations and subleases
- Collaborate extensively with internal and external construction partners, attorneys, architects, title companies and Landlords/Developers
- Manage third party Real Estate brokers
- Represent company at public meetings and at industry events. Deliver regular and frequent project status reports
- Analyze and evaluate all relocations, consolidations and renewals of existing branches and ATMs
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Strategic thinker including ability to understand financial modeling, IRR and PTNI economics.
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, with problem solving, complex tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, strong organization and prioritization required.
- BS/BA - Finance/Real Estate/Marketing/Accounting with strong financial and business management background required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Adobe, SharePoint, ArcGIS, and Tableau.
