Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Senior Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a current Arizona Real Estate Agent's license, be a member of the Tucson Multiple Listing Service (TARMLS), and possess residential Real Estate experience. As a Real Estate Senior Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Real Estate operations and providing excellent administrative and customer service support.

Compensation:

$20 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered

  • Schedule appointments, showings, events, and other related activities
  • Manage and prepare client correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Maintain and update the client database in our CRM system
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, scanning, and filing
  • Provide administrative support to the Team
  • Engage in written and oral communication with clients, lenders, title companies, and other service providers
  • Promote the sale of properties through open houses, marketing tasks, and coordination with photographers, stagers, inspectors, and contractors. Conduct showings when necessary
  • Fulfill personal assisting responsibilities as needed
  • Develop comprehensive plans for these initiatives, outlining goals, required resources, timelines, and key performance indicators.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new programs that can elevate our team's performance and client satisfaction.
  • Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in various software and platforms
  • Lead the implementation of these programs, ensuring they align with our company's vision and objectives
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer journey, from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up
  • Represent our firm at industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and empathy
  • Write Real Estate contracts and addendums
  • Actively engage in these events, not only as a participant but as a social media correspondent, capturing and sharing moments that highlight our team's involvement and expertise
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals

Qualifications:
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License

Requirements:

  • Current Arizona Real Estate Agent's license
  • Proven experience in a Senior Executive role within the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
  • Ability to think strategically and provide solutions
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Google Sheets, TARMLS, Docusign, Canva, Transaction Desk
