Role Description

We are in search of a full-time Senior R Developer, offering hybrid work arrangements. The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge valuation products in the finance sector. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking to drive our product development forward.

Capabilities:

• Design and develop industry-leading valuation software, with a strong focus on R and Python programming.
• Take ownership of the platform, overseeing enhancements such as feature additions, database optimization, performance upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Quickly adapt and modify code to meet diverse customer needs and requirements.
• Balance innovation with maintaining critical existing systems, making informed decisions about when to adhere to standard practices and when to break new ground.
• Stay abreast of developments in financial technologies, AI, data systems, and more, applying this knowledge to our product development.

Pay: $108,800.00 - $262,000.00 per year
