Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement RESTful backend APIs using PHP, enhancing our service offerings.
Develop and manage the Airflow Workflow System utilizing Python and PostgreSQL, optimizing operational efficiency.
Create cutting-edge solutions with headless technologies such as Vercel, Next.js, React, and Contentful.
Foster collaborative partnerships between internal business stakeholders, and possible outsourced teams, ensuring alignment and driving forward key initiatives.
Champion our technology stack, leveraging CI/CD and DevOps methodologies to maintain and advance our infrastructure.
Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to web analytics, SEO, ERP, CRM, data, sku management, and corporate IT
Drive the technology infrastructure and strategic vision of a growing e-commerce company
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in software development, with a solid foundation in web development frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js and/or Angular).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: PHP, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of business development as it relates to technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven project management prowess, with experience in roles such as Program Manager or Product Owner.
Demonstrated leadership in technology within the e-commerce sector.
Proven track record in team management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive DevOps experience with a portfolio of managed websites and backends.
