We're seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Monroe, Washington-based team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using your expertise in Python and PostgreSQL. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that meet our business needs.  * Hybrid work - Flexible working model working partly in the physical workplace, and partly remotely at home.

●     Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable web applications using Python and PostgreSQL.

●     Lead the architectural design and implementation of new features and functionalities.

●     Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA to bring ideas to life.

●     Optimize existing application performance and security through proactive problem-solving.

●     Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion coding best practices.

●     Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Python and PostgreSQL development.

●     Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

●     Create and maintain clear technical documentation for project architecture, code, and design.

●     5+ years of experience in software development (or a CS/Engineering degree and relevant experience).

●     7+ years of experience in PostgreSQL development, with 3+ years of hands-on Python experience.

●     In-depth knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL best practices.

●     Experience with database design and management using SQL databases.

●     Familiarity with version control systems (Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD.

●     Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

●     Strong attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

●     Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

●     Open-source contributions.

●     Experience with integrations

●     Experience with PowerBI
