Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Experienced Quality Production Specialist(level 3) based out of Everett, WA to support the MRBD Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support all Commercial Airplane models at the Everett Delivery Center. The Quality Production Specialist develops and administers the quality system that ensures and manages the integrity of company products and services. Individual will perform material review board approval and dispositioning responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance for reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.
- Oversees the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products, operations and processes.
- Guides the review of production plans. Applies advanced knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.
- Guides or provides assistance in the root cause analysis of nonconformance.
- Verifies the accuracy of analysis results by consulting with other authorities in the technical field.
- Establishes process and product improvements by implementing technical initiatives.
- Oversees the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Provides oversight of the corrective/preventive action plans to assure timely completion.
- Reviews and oversees approval of Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes.
- Provides direction for validation of corrective action to assure causes of nonconformance has been eliminated.
- Monitors the groups' performance of the verification activity.
- Creates formal analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distribution.
- Works under minimal direction and is responsible for training and mentoring lower level technicians.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Everett Delivery Center.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Must be able to work 2nd Shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- Experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment
- Experience with regulatory requirements
- Experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
