As a SeniorProject Manager (f/m/d) you will drive P&O's top strategic prioritiesjointly with the accountable P&O experts and colleagues in the business.You will be part of our new team currently still in the ramp-up phase where youcan make a significant impact on our people and businesses.
Inparticular, you will... be responsible to set up, structure, and steer the execution of complex and high-visibility P&O projects on an international scale. This will give you the opportunity to quickly expand your network across Siemens interact with stakeholders on Siemens Executive level incl.
the global P&O Leadership Team and orchestrate the ecosystem of other key stakeholders incl. business, P&O, and contributors/ service providers be a change agent, challenge, hypothesize, test & build innovative solutions ensuring effective implementation jointly with the P&O business partners drive strategic workforce and organizational transformation/excellence projects inspire and offer a fresh perspective by showing new ways of working, e.g., agile inspired leverage data to craft all efforts for maximum customer impact, striving to make valuable contributions to Siemens as an enterprise demonstrate your strategic and people skills by leading project teams and coaching junior team members We are looking forward to getting to know you ifyou... bring an excellent academicbackground (Master's degree / MBA) have long term professionalexperience in management-/ strategy-/ transformation consulting, preferably inSiemens-related industries and with exposure to P&O topics have a sound and broad HR/P&O domain know-how, e.g., acquired in a global business partner or expertrole (i.e., learning, talent management, people related organizationaldevelopment, skill management) have already successfully set up and led complex and challenging projects as a Project Manager in dynamic environments and on a multinational scale possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to navigate a large global organization and drive change through smart influencing have an entrepreneurial "can do" and agile demeanor; you have the courage to lead based on own judgement and expertise and are excited to shape this new team - we are happy to meet you!
