Your expertise in Human Resource processes, particularly in the realm of Hire to Retire, will be essential to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of critical project management functions including meticulous project tracking, precise scheduling, proactive risk mitigation, and thorough documentation of action items.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Human Resource processes, with a specific focus on Hire to Retire procedures.
- Leverage knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a particular emphasis on Employee Central.
