Senior Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Coordinate resources and tasks across multiple teams to ensure project milestones are met - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members - Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during the project lifecycle - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science) - Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role - Strong technical writing skills for creating comprehensive project documentation - Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in project management tools such as VersionOne, ServiceNow, or similar platforms - Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and IT infrastructure - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum - Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail If you are a highly organized and results-driven professional with a proven track record in successfully managing complex projects, we encourage you to apply. Pay: $130,437.00 - $139,487.00 per year
