Position Information
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Mechanical, Civil) Architectural Engineering or Architecture or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of six (6) years of project management experience plus two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.
- Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, high temperature hot water, plumbing, fire protection systems, storm water, construction, site utilities, and building operations.
- Knowledge of sustainability and LEED projects.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University’s insurance carrier.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Knowledge of Building Codes, ASHARE, ADA, NFPA, LEED Certification.
- Computer skills Microsoft Office proficiency.
