Job Description:
The Market Analytics Senior Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Market Insights team and plays a critical role in coordinating initiatives focused on data-driven decision-making. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Market Analytics Senior Associate Project Manager facilitates the successful execution of complex analytics projects to inform business strategy.
Supports large-scale Market Analytics projects from beginning to end – develops comprehensive project plans, identifies and mitigates risk, monitors deadlines, and coordinates with resources and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on time and in scope
Coordinates planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Assists with intake of new requests, estimating timelines, and communicating with stakeholders
Provides regular updates between end users, data analysts, and other departments to ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams
Gathers data and provides regular progress reporting
Coordinates executive-level presentations and work sessions, including meeting logistics and deliverable production
Provides financial management assistance by organizing data sources, submitting invoices, and similar tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field
Requires 3+ years of project management experience (professional services and agency experience a plus)
A minimum of 2 years’ experience applying Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks with a demonstrated focus in analytics projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced Excel skills preferred)
Experience with project management software
Ability to translate the big picture into milestones and deadlines
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Possesses strong business acumen and professionalism, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at the executive level
High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities, and simultaneously handle multiple projects/priorities
Highly collaborative with superior communication skills, both verbally and electronically
Demonstrated experience with relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization.
