Senior Project Manager & Estimator

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager & Estimator plays a crucial role in our organization, meeting with clients to determine project costs and accurately assessing all expenses involved. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive proposals, tracking project costs, understanding customer specifications, and proposing final budgets. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle in collaboration with our production manager.

Additional responsibilities of this role include:

•            Demonstrating a strong daily presence, both in the office and in the field.

•            Conducting regular follow-ups with current, existing, and potential projects.

•            Negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients, if necessary.

•            Establishing, fostering, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

•            Updating and maintaining our project CRM tool on a daily basis.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in a construction environment, with a strong focus on critical thinking and mathematical skills. Previous customer-facing sales experience is a plus. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment is essential. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a background check are mandatory for this position.
