Overview
You will be part of DWS's Fixed IncomeProduct Specialist team and will be responsible for working with our institutional, insurance and wholesale distribution teams to drive sales and retain AUM in our U.S. taxable Fixed Income investment strategies. You will act as the regional product champion and will be responsible for representing DWS's U.S. taxable Fixed Income capabilities and the firm's market views to clients globally. The position will be based out of New York City and will report to the Head of Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Product Specialists Americas.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and asset retention by working in coordination with institutional and insurance and wholesale coverage teams across the organization
- Sponsor all product development initiatives and act as the key interface with DWS's Investment, Marketing & Client Coverage Divisions
- Develop a marketing strategy that can lead to net new asset growth across DWS's U.S. taxable Fixed Income platform
- Provide timely thought leadership, product/market updates, and sales materials, as well as ongoing product training for our client coverage division
- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading client strategies
- Be the subject matter expert on fund structures and wrappers and incorporate investor impact and the firm's goals into decision making
Your Skills & Experience:
- 5-8-years of industry experience with majority of that experience in a comparable role
- A broad and deep knowledge of U.S. Fixed Income markets
- A deep understanding of both the insurance, institutional and wholesale coverage models
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate complex investment strategies and topics into a retail investor-friendly format
- Prior experience presenting to and developing investment solutions for institutional and wholesale clients
- Some travel for client meetings and industry conferences may be required
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent
- MBA or CFA preferred
Licenses Required/Preferred:
- FINRA Series 7 and 63

Expectations
It is DWS's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the NYC office in accordance with the firm's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135,000 to $239,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
