We're seeking a seasoned Senior SaaS Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the entire product lifecycle for our hard SaaS company. You'll play a key role in crafting winning go-to-market strategies, building category roadmaps, and ensuring seamless adoption from concept to enthusiastic customer use.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategic planning for our hard goods SaaS solutions, driving user growth and revenue targets.
- Champion product innovation by identifying new market opportunities and building a robust product roadmap that aligns with company, customer, and category strategies.
- Ensure your SaaS solutions cater to the unique needs of hard goods users, staying ahead of industry trends and offering a compelling value proposition.
- Partner closely with our hard goods customers to uncover needs, conduct market analyses, and track overall product performance.
- Leverage data analytics to continuously monitor U.S. & Canadian market trends and competitor landscapes.
- Foster seamless collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Design, Development, and other teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the hard goods market.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Craft compelling product presentations showcasing the power of our SaaS solutions for hard goods users.
- Own all Product Marketing analytics – defining key metrics, setting goals, reporting on performance, and recommending strategies to elevate user growth and retention.
- Translate sales and market data into actionable insights that inform product and business decisions.
- Cultivate expertise in SaaS product lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to your direct report(s).
- Champion data integrity and maintain accurate Product Marketing data within our systems.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS company focused on B2B solutions.
- Proven track record of success in driving user growth and revenue for SaaS products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of SaaS marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Collaborative spirit with a flexible and open-minded approach.
- Experience building strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Development, etc.).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and mentor direct reports.

Pay: $99,644.12 - $120,001.52 per year
