Senior Product Manager

What you’ll do:

The key responsibility of the Product Manager is to navigate the numerous challenges in utilizing AI to enhance speed, precision, and overall excellence in generating comprehensive, urgent, and critical knowledge work. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including our 175 in-house legal operators, experts in relevant legal and medical fields, and clients. Your objective will be to address one of the most captivating software challenges today: crafting AI tools that not only foster trust and amplify efficiency but also boast the highest standards of quality.

We are seeking a seasoned product generalist with a strong customer focus and a deep interest in pioneering product challenges that will shape the future of AI. This role is crucial in the automation of intricate knowledge tasks that lie at the crossroads of the legal and medical sectors.

As a Product Manager at EvenUp, you:

• Want to build a first-of-a-kind product to improve the lives of millions of injury victims that got their lives turned upside down at no fault of their own

• Are a system thinker and can visualize processes in front of your inner eye as well as digitally for others

• Are an owner and think of your product as your product

• Are customer-obsessed as you think about industry-specific issues across various customer personas 

• Can ask hard and good questions to probe for your users’ needs

• Are an advocate of many, ranging from internal teams, b2b customers, to consumers

• Know what it takes to build software and can estimate engineering complexity

• Are comfortable with, and clear up, ambiguity since the goal isn’t always clear, but you’ll help bring clarity

• Are a great story-teller who can weave a narrative that puts your ideas into the context of real life, whether it’s through words, pictures, or interactive prototypes

• Want to surround yourself with smart people across a wide breadth of disciplines of technology, machine learning, law, and finance

• Have done this before with 5+ years experience as a Product Manager and a number of successful product launches under your belt
