About the opportunity:

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex, tangible problems to own conversion and growth for the Jerry app. Making car ownership effortless and creating a world-class user experience is what drives every decision we make as a company. Reporting directly to our cofounder/CEO and partnering with our brilliant marketing team, you will own multiple growth areas to improve customer conversion end to end. Responsibilities:

• Own customer messaging and long term app engagement for our core product

• Dive deep into data, run A/B tests, conduct analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize our end to end conversion funnel

• Leverage automation to solve our user pain points and reduce friction in our app flow

• Partner with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and conduct customer research for improvement insights and hypotheses

• Data-driven: You're extremely analytical and live in data. At the same time, you're confident enough to make decisions when the data is limited

• Tenacious: You have grit, you are resilient, and you thrive under pressure

• Sense of urgency: You have a bias for action and are skilled at keeping initiatives moving along on time or ahead of schedule.

Ideal profile:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5+ years of product management, business operations, or project management experience focused in growth, retention, or conversion

• Comfortable conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating impact

• A plus if you have weathered an early startup environment
