This role will provide field support for the commissioning and start-up of new facilities on a major natural gas development. The assignment is anticipated to last 10-12 months.
NOTE - this role is based at the job site near New Orleans (5 days per week) not in Houston. Only apply if you are willing to travel and be based at site during the week.
Per diem, travel and accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on installations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Give guidance on how to maintain products and equipment.
- Train the commissioning, start-up and operations team on technology utilization.
- Resolve product malfunctions.
- Evaluate customer requirements to suggest optimal products or services.
- Provide technical support as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years in Process Engineering
- Vast experience in a commissioning or operational facility environment
- Experience in natural gas pre-treatment and treatment facilities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
