Rate Range: $70-$75/Hr
Job Description:
- Need Underwriting experience and appropriate L&A UW background.
- Must have Life & Annuity experience focused on the actual operations.
- Capable as process lead or transformation type of work.
- Should not be just sales and servicing side of things
- Actively involved in the process analysis overall.
- Must have experience focused around overall process operations, process improvement, or leading any equivalent process transformation roles
- Need a strong understanding of L&A in one in underwriting and another position servicing, claims & other.
- Will be responsible for the quality of recommendations and driving the overall output for operational and process recommendations.
- These are key roles that require extensive domain knowledge (L&A) and leadership skills to pierce through current state and ideate target state recommendations
- Drive a team working with key process and product stakeholders to determine the current state process, identify potential gaps and opportunities and define a target state that will provide business driven benefits.
- Drive upstream and backstream communications with stakeholders, other teams, project leads and oversight.
- Work with client’s leadership to define process tracts and prioritization. Create project plan based on input and communicate across stakeholders
- Leader supporting the tract teams during the engagement on process optimization and provide advisory and governance support
- A strong background within business process architecture (particularly process frameworks, control functions and operations) with relevant experience driving related deliverables (e.g. BPMN processes, transformational roadmaps, gap analysis and business cases)
- Assimilate detail data for program reporting and develop insights to enable business decisions throughout the program
- Enthusiastic, personable, intelligent and articulate with excellent written and communication skills. Ability to communicate with senior level (CXO -2) level stakeholders
- Able to deal with ambiguity and have experience of designing solutions collaboratively across a wide stakeholder group
- Knowledgeable of process toolsets, modeling tools and process architecture frameworks [More capability than role description]
