In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for applications associated with optical thin film metrology equipment used to measure semiconductor wafers.
- Have a deep working knowledge of the metrology hardware along with application experience.
- Application experience includes developing film stack models to properly measure wafers along with using application/diagnostic data to help troubleshoot tool issues.
- Have a good understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA).
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
- 7+ years of experience with optical metrology equipment, specifically KLA OptiProbe
- Ability to handle challenging work with time constraints
- Enjoy working with teams to solve problems
- Have good data analysis and troubleshooting skills
