Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste
- Program and troubleshoot industrial equipment, such as CNC machines
- Perform assembly line balancing and time studies to improve production efficiency
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical support to production teams and resolve any process-related issues
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and components
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Process Engineering

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in using Quantum engineering software for process optimization
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques, such as Six Sigma or 8D problem-solving
- Solid programming skills for industrial equipment control (PLC, HMI)
- Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
