Summary

• The Sr. Process Engineer plans and manages capital growth, maintenance, and process-related improvement projects associated with Oil and Gas Industry operations.
• The location for this role is in Nevada or in the Northwest region such as Nevada.
• Remote Position must be open to 25%-50% travel.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?

• At least 5 years of experience in the process industry capacity
• Have the knowledge in that industry
• Project management experience
• MS Suite, MS project preferred

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience should include a minimum of 5 years of project management or process improvement experience in an engineering and/or leadership capacity
• Must have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in a manufacturing culture focused on safety, reliability, and process improvement
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, engineering drawings, and procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
• Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understand organization’s strengths & weaknesses; Analyze market and competition; Identify external threats and opportunities.
• Use feedback to modify designs and generate creative solutions.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have general knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software; Process simulation software; Project Management software; Accounting software; Order processing systems; Contact Management systems; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software.
• Follow all statutory, regulatory, and organizational procedures to protect the environment from hazardous waste exposure.
• Follow all Federal and State Safety Regulations, and company safety policies/procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Aid in correcting unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.
• Ideally experience will include metals/non-metals mining industrial minerals processing or continuous process manufacturing where dry powders were processed and handled, as well as experience with process modeling, instrumentation systems/programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $145,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
