As a Senior People Business Partner, you will report to the People Engagement Manager and serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of Human Resources management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture and fostering a high-performance work environment. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, employee relations, and learning & development.
Your day-to-day
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement People strategies that support the achievement of business objectives; serving as a trusted advisor on all People-related matters.
- Lead the design and execution of programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development, promoting an ongoing feedback model.
- Serve as a point of contact for addressing complex employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions to include conducting investigations and recommending solutions to resolve workplace issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Support the implementation of a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with organizational goals and individual career paths.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of human resources experience with a focus on Business Partnership, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge and application with addressing complex employee relations investigations and issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization to champion initiatives.
- Well-versed in change management concepts and practices.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and implementing innovative HR solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary: $130,000 to $170,000*
- Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata. Our aim is to offer a competitive and equitable compensation package that reflects the candidate's expertise and contributions to our organization.

Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or company gatherings. Employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Providence, Rhode Island may commute to one of our local offices as desired.
- Hours: We maintain core meeting hours from 9AM - 3PM Pacific time for collaborating with team members across all time zones.
