Senior HR and Payroll Techno functional Business Analysts

Required Qualification

Solid 3 skills - Oracle cloud EBS techno functional, SQL development skills, CGI Advantage ERP

SQL Server

MD is looking for Senior techno functional resources who have demonstrated hands on experience on the following must haves

• 15 years strong Data conversion experience with mandatory CGI to Oracle cloud migrations.
• Hands on techno functional experience on all HR and Payroll functionalities in CGI and Mapping legacy to Oracle Cloud environment.
• Running reconciliation reports on extracted, transformed and loaded data.
• 15 years SQL and ETL process experience.
• Experience with JIRA is a must.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HDL, FBDI and Oracle table structures with reverse mapping to CGI is an absolute must.
• Strong experience is data mining, data structures, schemas and applicable file structures.
• Strong CGI and Oracle HR and Payroll Functional and demonstrated knowledge of providing reconciliation metrics to MD BPl`s.

Preference for holders of active Top Secret with Polygraph, Top Secret or Public trust security clearance.
