ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Validate and test Oracle Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence modules as part of the HCM project.
- Support conversion validation between PeopleSoft, JDE, and Oracle.
- Assist in the organization's Payroll, Time, and Labor processing for bi-weekly payroll.
- Collaborate with Management & Budget and HR to support project requirements, including data warehouse implementation.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
- Support post-go-live activities for the Oracle Fusion Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.
- Conduct Audits of inbound and outbound flows of payroll data
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Helping develop reports and analysis.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in logging and remediating Jira tickets.
- Proficient in testing cycles within Oracle HCM environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Services, focusing on Payroll, T&L, and AM.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Prior experience in migrating from legacy systems (PeopleSoft and JD Edwards) to Oracle Fusion.
- Experience with JIRA
- Agile project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modules.
- Experience in supporting Enterprise-level data warehouse implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment.
