Job Description:
Legal Soft is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing efforts. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services to internal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on internal communications and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Legal Soft's services to internal clients
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing needs and opportunities
• Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and presentations
• Manage internal marketing campaigns, including budgeting, planning, and execution
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Legal Soft remains at the forefront of internal marketing practices
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and team members to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with their needs and expectations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on internal communications and employee engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
