About this opportunity
An exciting opportunity has come available for a creative and results-driven marketing professional with extensive experience in brand building, campaign planning and marketing activations to maintain and strengthen our position as the most recognized brand in the dental industry.
The Sr. Marketing Manager, (Ortho or GP) Channel, Americas & EMEAwill be responsible for leading and developing marketing initiatives to achieve volume, growth, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business goals and priorities for the Americas (USA, Canada, Latin America) & EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Primary mission will be to influence positive brand experience and drive business goals through enhanced customer acquisition, development and retention strategies. He/she will supervise all activities related to Align's product brands, and act as a key source of information within the organization on our brands and competitive positioning. A successful candidate in this role will have a strong passion for brand management, be a strategic thinker to enable sustainable growth and have excellent communication skills.
The role will be based in Raleigh, NC.
In this role, you will...
  • Lead the development of multi-channel marketing and communications strategies and plans to support the GP or Ortho business, with a focus on digital.
  • Translate in-depth market, channel, and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into a winning brand roadmap. Build communication and campaign concepts to support the innovation roadmap and business ambitions in close collaboration with other marketing teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of growth plans to maximize the adoption of our products and services.
  • Track overall results, including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends.
  • Develop holistic toolboxes including communication visuals, sell-in materials, launch promotions, digital advertising & collateral to win online and offline.
  • Act as the single point of contact for any communication briefs as well as signing-off on all campaign communication to ensure brand consistency.
  • Drive events, trade-shows and congresses to ensure strategic and budget planning across markets; align booth, materials and educational content to best support Align business and brand development in compliance with regional and global guidelines.
  • Collaborate with global and regional product and marketing excellence teams to develop strong brand experiences, 360° campaigns and activating different touchpoints, whilst guarding the full customer journey.
  • Interact on a regular basis with local marketing teams to ensure successful media planning and campaign activation.

  • Hands-on self-starter, who enjoys a fast-paced, agile environment and can manage multiple projects at a time.
  • A passion for brand management, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field.
  • 10+ years of proven work experience in brand management at regional level.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry desired.
