We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Marketing Coordinator! This role is perfect for a creative and organized individual who excels at multitasking and possesses a keen eye for detail. This key position is responsible for assisting with the overall management, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. This includes website enhancements, email and social media campaigns, event support, and sales enablement assistance.

This is a full-time position with flexibility options to ensure you have a balance with your personal life. This position can be remote from anywhere in the continental US.

• You are excited to own and optimize our HubSpot CRM system to drive efficiency and usage by creating and documenting processes, tips, and best practices for capturing and organizing data
• You enjoy working with team members to assist with content strategy and creation to consistently publish value-add content
• You possess a creative mind and would enjoy developing engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
• You are skilled at optimizing website content for search engines by researching keywords, updating metadata, and monitoring SEO performance
• You can manage a social media calendar by sharing content that builds brand, highlights culture and expertise, and engages followers
• You are experienced in creating relationships with Business Development teams to support sales enablement initiatives, manage prospecting lists and dashboards, and monitor lead activity to advance a pipeline of MQLs and SQLs
• You are proficient in using your communication skills to oversee a sales pipeline and ensure accuracy
• You are organized and can stay on top of event marketing deliverables including emails, landing pages, logistics, and collateral
• You have background in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo, or have a willingness to learn
• You have 2+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
• You are proud of your Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $68,000. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
