Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

Clinical Research Institute of Ohio (CRIOH) is looking for qualified candidates for their Senior Clinical Research Coordinator position in Westlake, OH.

New grads and foreign medical grads are encouraged to apply! Gain additional experience in liver Clinical Research and training on the job.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience using CTMS system and EDC program
• Ability to work effectively with with all Clinical Research departments on multiple assignments, in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment, exercising sound judgment in setting priorities with a strong attention to detail

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

• At least 2 years of Clinical Research coordinating experience or experience working in a medical center or private practice
• Execute all Clinical Research activities with moderate supervision
• Adhere to IRB approved protocols
• Participate in the informed consent process of study subjects
• Support the safety of Clinical Research patients/research participants
• Coordinate protocol related research procedures, study visits, and follow-up care
• Screen, recruit and enroll patients/research participants
• Maintain study source document
• Report adverse events
• Understand good clinical practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance
• Comply with institutional policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated experience working as part of a team.
• Relevant subject matter knowledge.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

• Associate or an allied health degree in life science or related area or one year of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience
• Graduate degree from an accredited university and program (preferred)
• Foreign Medical Grads encouraged to apply as well
