The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in spearheading marketing initiatives for RedSail Technologies, ensuring projects are strategically aligned, well-executed, and results-driven. Candidates should be seasoned professionals with a robust background in project management, content creation, and multi-channel communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, effective project planning, content creation, timeline management, and timely execution.
- Craft and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans, utilizing data analytics to monitor performance and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with inter-departmental teams – including product marketing, design, content, and digital marketing – to curate impactful marketing collateral and managed deadlines.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, social media content, and other digital marketing assets.
- Efficiently manage and track project budgets and expenses; ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create dynamic spreadsheets for managing budgets, forecasting, and other critical data analyses.
- Stay current on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep RedSail at the forefront of innovative marketing strategies.
- Represent RedSail Brands at trade shows and industry events, fostering valuable connections and collaborations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of deep-rooted marketing experience.
- At least 3 years demonstrated expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and advanced content strategies.
- Proven ability in developing and executing multi-channel communication plans, complete with metric reporting capabilities.
- Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel for advanced data analysis and management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, and CRM systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Industry experience in the pharmacy or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI for marketing insights and strategies.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing nuances, including advanced social media management.
Additional Information:

This role demands adaptability, with occasional high-pressure situations due to tight project deadlines. The position is based at our Irving, TX office and will report to the Senior Director of Marketing at RedSail Technologies. No direct reports are overseen by this role.
