POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pharmacy Technology Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our Retail Pharmacy IT Operations Service tools team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, data analysis, observability, and troubleshooting. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our organization’s observability and Operations modernization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience leading SRE and/or IT Operations teams
- 5+ years of experience working with telemetry/observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ServiceNow including Service Operations Workspace (AiOps).
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams, with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with strong project management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBi.
- Experience with data visualization products such as Grafana
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java Experience with Slack including workflow and app creation
- Strong SQL knowledge
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee Retail Pharmacy IT Operations Service tooling. Partner with Retail Pharmacy Engineering and SRE teams to ensure proper observability is in place. Partner with Operations teams to ensure all alerting is actionable, toil elimination, as well as knowledge sharing. Partner with Product Site Reliability Engineering teams to drive stability & product enhancements. Partner with Retail Pharmacy IT Operations teams to solution automation deliverables Implementation of event correlation between platforms Participation in Pharmacy Technology Operations Management On-call
